Our staff are required to wear gloves and masks when providing on-site planning and design services. We continue to provide provide virtual design services free of charge in most instances, including online meetings, phone, email and live chat.
Visiting our showrooms requires an appointment and is not open to the public. One customer is permitted in the showroom at a time. We require that all visitors wear face coverings.
Our delivery routine allows for no-contact deliveries, including tear down or assembly of furniture. Our staff are required to wear face masks and gloves at all times when on customer premises.
