We will meet or beat any pricing that includes tax and delivery.  Pricing must be from a verifiable and U.S.-based corporation.  Auction houses and used dealers, including Ebay, Craigslist and similar sites are excluded from this policy.  Products purchased under the Meet or Beat Pricing terms are not eligible for return.    

Yes.  Our assembly services are a low-cost solution to reduce your frustration and down time.  You can request an assembly quote for any products during checkout.  A quote would be sent to you before your order is processed.  Payment in full of assembly services is required prior to delivery of products.

Haul away is free in our Local Service Area if we determine there is a viable resale value.  If the furniture is evaluated and determined to not have an acceptable resale value, we will quote you a reasonable fee to tear down and haul away the furniture.

Greenguard is a certification issued by Underwriters Laboratories to manufacturers for products that emit little to no chemicals into the air, creating a better environment for people.  Read more about and verify furniture Greenguard certification here.

Performance Furnishings products receive a 5-year manufacturer warranty.  Clearance items have a 15-day return policy and are not under warranty.  Monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
