How do I return office furniture or other items?
Returns can be avoided by ensuring the proper furniture is purchased and installed correctly. We offer free space planning to improve your ability to acquire the right furniture and avoid downtime from incorrect purchases. When receiving your furniture, please inspect for damage. If you have any freight or concealed damage, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. To expedite any claims, please keep all packaging material until claim has been resolved.
Returns must be authorized by our customer service department before processing begins.
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and a Customer Service representative will review your claim and issue a Return Authorization if necessary. There is a fee for returns based on furniture type, distance, and other factors.
Do you sell parts for your products?
U.S. Discount Office Furniture can obtain parts and or pieces for most furniture. Contact our Customer Service department for assistance in determining your needs and obtaining a quote.
What is the return policy?
In most cases you may return your purchase for a refund minus delivery charges within 30 days of receiving your ordered items. Orders over $1499.00 will be subject to a re-stocking fee, not to exceed 20% of the order value.
Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount if your order was paid in advance, otherwise you will receive an invoice for shipping charges.
Clearance Items are eligible for return within 14 calendar days.
What items are eligible for returning?
Items must be in new and unused condition in order to qualify for a return.
Pre-owned items are not eligible for return.
Purchases of $2500.00 or more receive free delivery in our Service Area. All other purchases start at $59.00 for delivery.
Liquidate your existing furniture in good condition with us and receive a 5% discount on our website.
Available for most purchases. Pre-owned items are assembled and not eligible for shipping.
Purchases qualify for delivery in our entire service area, including the following regions:
Eau Claire, WI
Out-state services available on a case by case basis.
Liquidation-only service is available in the Twin Cities metro area.
