Government, Education & Non-Profit Pricing

Approved institutions save an additional 5% off our everyday prices on every order, with no minimum. Once your account is set up, the discount applies automatically at checkout.

Larger orders save automatically at checkout, with no code and no account required. The discount is based on your product subtotal.

Resellers & Resale Accounts

Furniture dealers, designers, contractors, and other businesses buying for resale can apply for a resale account with dedicated reseller pricing. Reseller pricing is shared privately once your account is approved, and you can browse, build your own orders piece by piece, and check out on your own schedule.

When you apply, include your resale certificate so we can set up tax-exempt purchasing for resale.

How to Apply

  1. Fill out the Pricing Program Application at the bottom of this page.
  2. Upload your verification document with the application: a tax-exempt certificate, 501(c)(3) letter, resale certificate, or purchase order.
  3. Our team reviews your application, usually within two business days.
  4. You receive an email invitation to your account. Sign in, and your pricing appears on every product and at checkout.

Pricing applies to orders placed after your account is approved.

The Fine Print

  • One discount per order. Discounts do not combine. If your order qualifies for more than one, you automatically get whichever saves you the most.
  • Products only. Discounts apply to furniture and accessories, not to delivery or installation services.
  • Clearance excluded. Clearance items are already priced as low as they go and are not eligible for additional discounts.
  • Tax exemption needs a certificate on file. We can only remove sales tax once a valid certificate has been reviewed and added to your account.
  • Not retroactive. Discounts apply to new orders placed after approval and cannot be added to past orders.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an account to get bulk pricing?
No. Bulk savings apply automatically at checkout, including guest checkout. Institutional and reseller pricing does require an approved account.

Is there a minimum order for institutional or reseller pricing?
No. Your pricing applies to every order, whether it is a single chair or a full building.

Can I combine my institutional discount with bulk savings?
No, but you never have to choose. Checkout applies whichever discount saves you more.

Can more than one person at my organization order on the account?
Yes. We can add multiple buyers and multiple locations to one account.

How do I get help with a large project?
